Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Cancellation Policy
Blooming Skin Care requires 24 hours’ notice to cancel, move, or reschedule all appointments. A service fee of 50% fee for all missed appointments will be imposed.
Cancellation Procedure Options
After hours and weekends: Call 812-339-6945 and leave a detailed voicemail message.
24 hour notification is still required.
2nd option- You would have received an important confirmation email for all of the services that you reserved via the Booksy app. It contains a direct link, as well as instructions, needed to cancel or move your own appointments with ease. This option will only allow you to cancel, move or reschedule up until 24 hours prior to appointment time. After that, a voicemail 812-339-6945 is appreciated to cancel. This does not guarantee that you are still responsible for the missed appointment. If we are able to fill your appointment, you will not be charged.
Late Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for appointments, there is no guarantee that we will be able to complete your reserved services in the time allowed.
Please, arrive on time to ensure you get the most out of your experience and our exceptional service. If you are running late, I will make every effort to accommodate you.
If, however, you arrive more than 15 minutes late, please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled for another date and you still may be responsible for late cancellation or missed appointment fee.
